Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, except in cases where the law excludes this right. The goods must be returned in preserved commercial condition, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless the law provides otherwise or the Trader has expressly agreed to cover these costs.

Complaints regarding non-conformity of the goods are submitted in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation. Reports and complaints may be submitted by email at info@happycleverkids.com or by phone at 0883432200.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days, counted from the date of receiving the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the trader through:

Return Conditions

The goods must be:

  • in their original condition
  • without signs of use
  • with the original packaging
  • accompanied by all accessories

The Trader reserves the right to refuse a return if the commercial integrity of the goods has been compromised.

Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless:

  • the product is defective
  • the wrong product has been sent

Refunds

The amount is refunded within up to 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

In case of receiving a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The complaint may be submitted through:

  • email
  • phone

Resolving Complaints

In the case of a justified complaint, the consumer has the right to:

  • replacement of the product
  • repair, if applicable
  • refund of the amount paid

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

  • with damaged packaging
  • that have been used
